Tuesday Update
Hi All,
In Purple, Red, and Blue Class, we graphed linear equations using a table of values. We first got the equations in function form, which is what we worked on yesterday. For homework, complete worksheet "Functions and Relations: Graphing Using a Table of Values" #1-4.
In Green Class, we graphed absolute value functions using a table of values. For homework, use your own graph paper, and complete the "You Try" section of your notes.
Reminder to all classes: TEST CORRECTIONS ARE DUE TOMORROW DURING HOMEROOM!!

Monday and Tuesday
Monday Update:
Green class: Today, we learned how to translate graphs of linear functions. For homework, complete Page 151 # 5-12 all, graph 7-10 only!
Purple, Red, and Blue Class: Today, we practiced finding the interior and exterior angles of triangles. For homework, choose 10 problems to complete on the practice worksheet. Complete the riddle if you want!
Tuesday Update:
Green Class: Today, we reflected graphs of linear functions. For homework, complete Page 151 #13-16, graph #15 & 16.
Purple, Red, and Blue Class: Today, we learned how to find the interior angle measures of polygons. For homework, complete 3.3 Practice B #1-8.
UPDATES:
Test Corrections on Transformation Test for Blue, Red, and Purple Class are due Monday 11/20
Angles and Triangles Tests for Blue, Red, and Purple Class is Tuesday 11/21
Chapter 3 test for Green Class is Tuesday 11/21

Wednesday Update
Hi All!
In Green class, we continued to graph equations in standard form using the intercepts. We discussed how to make a scale on the graph. For homework, complete Page 133 #7-15 odd, 24, and 25. You will need graph paper for #13, 15, 24. Make sure you use a ruler and label your axes on any word problems!
In Purple, Red, and Blue class, we continued to use our angle pair vocabulary to find the missing angle measures. For homework, complete the finding missing angle measures worksheet #1-6. Remember to give the angle relationship and then solve for x. The directions ask you to substitute the x value you get back in to find the angle measure!

Update!
Hi All!
In Green class, we graphed equations in standard form. We completed a check-in on function notation, to finish up our discussion there. For homework, finish the 3.4 standard form classwork.
In Blue, Red, and Purple class, we found the missing x value using angle relationships. For homework, complete the transversals with algebra worksheet #1-10, making sure you tell me the angle relationship vocab word between the angles, and then solving for x!

Early Release Update
Hi All!
Today, we completed review sheets in my classes to prepare for our quiz (Green class) or test (Purple, Red, and Blue classes).
Green Class: Finish review sheet from class. I will post the answer key on the blog in a few minutes. Quiz tomorrow on functions, domain and range, linear vs. non-linear, and graphing slope intercept form.
Purple, Red, and Blue Class: Finish review sheet from class. I will post the answer key on the blog in a few minutes. Test tomorrow on Transformations and similar figures.
