Updates--Tuesday and Wednesday
Hi All,
In Period 1 Algebra today, we worked on transforming absolute value functions. For homework, complete Page 160 #5-15 odd, and 23-26 all. This is due on Thursday. You should not need to make a table of values for these. If you graph the parent function f(x) = |x|, you should be able to just transform the new graphs using the rules given to you in the problems. We will go over this at the start of class on Thursday.
Reminder: Your stain glass window project is due tomorrow during homeroom. We have designated people collecting your projects during homeroom, so make sure you hand it in! Make sure your name is on everything, and that you attach your tables to the project, as well.
In Period 3 & 4 today, we began graphing linear equations using a table of values. For homework, complete 4.1 practice. Make sure you use a ruler! This assignment is due Thursday.
In Period 5, we finished discussing the interior and exterior angles of triangles. For homework, complete 3.2 Puzzle Time. This assignment is due on Thursday.
