Hi All!
Wrap Up (Week of 3/25)
This week we have been involved in Technology Week. The students were split up into small groups to work on some hands on projects related to the Yanomami people of Venezuela. The students created medicine carriers at the beginning of the week that needed to meet a bunch of requirements, including temperature control and protection of the medicine. At the end of the week, students created a water filtration system to take Mercury out of the Yanomami water. Their filtration systems had to meet various requirements. The students seemed to enjoy themselves, and pictures will be posted on my blog next week!
